Eligible for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are only applicable in the following cases:
    • Genuine manufacturing defects
    • Damage during transit

Return Conditions

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to raise a return request.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals intact.
  • Item must be unused and unaltered.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind, mood, or no longer needed
  • Physical damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Missing unboxing video

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@onlinekart.store with:
    • Your order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Unboxing video (clearly showing the issue)
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll arrange for pickup or guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the return is received and inspected, your refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Warranty Policy

Battery Warranty

  • 6-month warranty is applicable only on batteries for manufacturing defects.
  • Physical or water damage voids the warranty.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted with:
    • Order details
    • Clear proof of defect (photo/video)
    • Proof of purchase
